Privacy Policy

Learning Logger · Last updated July 4, 2026

Learning Logger is a personal learning-record app: you save links and notes, organize them, and ask questions across everything you’ve saved. This policy explains what we collect, why, who processes it, and the control you have over it. We keep data collection to what the app needs to work — we do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Information we collect

We do not collect location, contacts, or advertising identifiers, and we do not include third-party tracking or analytics SDKs.

How we use your information

Service providers

We share data only with the processors needed to run the app, under their terms:

We do not sell your personal information or share it with advertisers.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account in the app. Deletion removes your account and all associated data — entries, folders, chats, and uploaded images — and cannot be undone.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and your session credentials are stored securely on your device. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Children

Learning Logger is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Your rights

You can access and edit your content in the app, and delete your account and all its data as described above. To make any other request regarding your data, contact us at the address below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
